Dr. Michael Harbut is an authority on the toxicity of oilfield products and associated chemicals. His publications on this subject completely contradict the conclusions on "Chronic Medical Conditions" reached by the Plaintiff Steering Committee and BP in their agreement. It is ironic that Dr. Harbut was the EXPERT that they consulted in their agreement.
