A invitation to submit written comments and/or to speak on the subject of the BP Oilspill was extended by the court. The invitation reads as follows:
"Anyone who identifies themselves as a victim of the BP Oil DIsaster and anyone who feels that they've been harmed by the criminal actions of BP has been invited to have their comments entered into the public record."
My comments to this invitation by Judge Sarah Vance follows. A clarification of a statement I made at the end of the letter is also included.
